Grants for MSc students

"ULLA MSc grants" are available for MSc students from ULLA member faculties who have been accepted as exchange students at ULLA partner faculties.

Please note that ULLA only provides grants for students from ULLA member faculties who will study full time as exchange students at ULLA member faculties. ULLA does not provide grants for students from non-member faculties (for instance Faculties of Health Sciences) or students from member faculties who will perform a research project or take courses at non-member faculties (for instance Faculties of Health Sciences or Humanistics).

Also note that only students who have passed what is equivalent to a three year BSc degree are eligible for support. ULLA, however, makes an exception for students from the School of Pharmacy at the University of London who go for research projects/placements to other ULLA member faculties in the end of their third year.

Grant period: 3-6 months, maximum 6 months

Grant size: Maximum support is 160 Euro per month.

Application procedure:

Please follow this procedure when applying for ULLA MSc grants:

  1. Check out study options at ULLA partner institutions. Decide at which ULLA institution you wish to study and which activities (research project/courses) you wish to undertake at the institution.

  2. Contact the local international office at your home university to get information about application procedures at the host university and Erasmus mobility grants.

  3. Send an application to the host university according to the procedures at this university.

  4. When you have received an admission letter/confirmation from the host university please fill in the ULLA grant application form according to the ULLA grant guidelines and submit it (preferably by e-mail) to the ULLA Grant Officer Birgitte Soendenskov on birs@farma.ku.dk . There is no closing date, - applications are being processed on a continuous basis.
